Domestic Shipping Policy: – 

All orders are processed on an accredited courier system, The Courier Guy, according to a system generated rate system - based on parcel size & weight, as well as delivery address - within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges or your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

No deliveries over weekends. The customer will be notified via email or telephone in cases where Imsyser Health might be experiencing a higher volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays and or changes. Parcels may be tracked according to tracking number visible on the Imsyser Shopify system.

Returns Policy

In the case of returns of any product please notify Imsyser Health of your intent to do so. Return shipping costs will be for the client. Product may only be returned un-opened, un-used, fully intact, and undamaged. Upon such receipt, within 7 days of return receipt of such parcel, a refund or exchange will be negotiated
